Dog Safety
On Thursday the City Council came to talk about dog safety. There was a song, the chorus was “If a dog’s on its own, leave it alone”. By Riley
On Thursday we went to dog safety. Someone in Room 7 picked up dog poo. At the end there was a song, “If a dog’s on its own, leave it alone. If a dog’s in a car, leave it alone. If a dog’s on the footpath, leave it alone”. By Alivia
When we went to dog safety we saw two dogs. I also got to pat them. We listened to a song that said “If a dogs on its own, leave it alone”. That song was awesome. By Quinn
If you have a dog you must have a collar and lead, and if it does a poo you must get a plastic bag and pick up the poo. If you are walking to school and a dog comes up to you, get your bag in front of you and shout “Go home”. By Holly

Crossing Safely
Constable Ross visited us again today to talk about Scooter Safety and crossing the road safely. He taught us a great poem to help us remember to cross safely.
Stop, look and listen
Before you cross the street.
Use your eyes,
Use your ears,
Before you use your feet.
